Privacy Policy

This policy describes how nua collects, uses, and protects your information.
What nua Collects
Account details (email, username, profile photo), content you create (posts, takes, messages, photos), device tokens for push notifications, and crash logs. Optionally, your country (for content relevance) and contacts (to suggest friends — processed on-device, never stored).
Device Permissions
nua may request access to your camera (to take photos for posts and your profile), photo library (to upload existing photos), and location (to improve content relevance). These permissions are optional and can be changed any time in your device settings.
How nua Uses It
To provide the app, send notifications you've opted into, diagnose crashes, serve ads, and suggest friends from your contacts on-device. nua does not sell your personal data.
Advertising
nua uses Google AdMob to display ads. AdMob may collect device identifiers, IP address, and usage data to serve personalised ads. You can opt out of personalised advertising in your device settings. See Google's Privacy Policy for details.
Third Parties
nua shares data with the following service providers: Supabase (database & storage), Firebase (crash reporting, push notifications), Google AdMob (advertising), and Google/Apple (authentication). Content metadata comes from third-party APIs (TMDB, Last.fm) — no personal data is shared with them. nua does not sell or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Cookies & Tracking
The nua app does not use cookies. Third-party SDKs (such as AdMob and Firebase) may use device identifiers and similar technologies as described in their respective privacy policies.
Data Storage, Retention & Deletion
Data is stored on Supabase (AWS). You can delete your account and all associated data at any time: open nua → Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes your profile, posts, messages, and all other data within 30 days. If you cannot access the app, email info@zolta.ai to request account deletion. nua may retain anonymised, aggregated data that can no longer identify you.
Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to opt out of certain data processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email below or use the account deletion option in Settings.
Children
nua is not intended for children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
Changes to This Policy
nua may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted in the app or on the website. Continued use of nua after changes constitutes acceptance.
