By using nua, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Acceptable Use
Use nua lawfully and respectfully. Do not harass others, post spam or illegal content, impersonate users, or attempt to disrupt the service. nua may remove content, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Your Content
You own what you post. By posting, you grant nua a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, distribute, and reproduce your content within the app. You can delete your content or account any time from Settings. Users can report and block others.
Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time from Settings. nua reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.
Third-Party Services
nua integrates third-party services (including advertising) that are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. nua is not responsible for the practices of these third parties.
Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
nua is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, nua is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes to These Terms
nua may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted in the app or on the website. Continued use of nua after changes constitutes acceptance.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.
