How sign in works

nua uses your phone number. There are no passwords. When you open the app for the first time, enter your phone number and you will receive a six-digit code by SMS. Enter that code to sign in. The same flow is used every time you sign in on a new device.

Because there are no passwords, there is no “forgot password” step. As long as you can receive an SMS on the phone number tied to your account, you can sign in.

I did not get the SMS code

Codes usually arrive within a few seconds. If yours has not:

  • Check that you entered the correct country code and number.
  • Make sure your phone has signal and that SMS from short codes is not blocked by your carrier or device.
  • Wait 60 seconds, then tap Resend code.
  • If your previous code expired, request a new one. Codes expire after a short window for security.

Still nothing? Email info@zolta.ai with the phone number you are trying to use and we will look into it.

I lost access to my phone number

Because your account is tied to your number, losing it means you cannot sign in. Email info@zolta.ai from an address you can prove is yours, and tell us your nua username and the old number. We will verify ownership before making any changes.

Delete your account

Open nua, go to Settings, tap Delete Account, and confirm. This permanently removes your profile, posts, takes, messages, photos, and all associated data within 30 days. The action cannot be undone.

If you cannot get into the app, email info@zolta.ai from an address you can verify and we will process the deletion manually.

Report a post, take, message, or profile

Tap the menu on any post, take, or profile, then choose Report. Pick a reason and add detail if you want. Reports are anonymous to the person you are reporting and reviewed within 24 hours. Severe issues (child safety, credible threats, doxxing) are handled same day. On confirmed violations we remove the offending content and suspend or terminate the account that posted it.

Push notifications are not arriving

Check that notifications are enabled for nua in your device settings (iOS: Settings → Notifications → nua. Android: Settings → Apps → nua → Notifications). If they are on and you still are not getting them, sign out and back in to refresh your device token.

Photos will not upload

Make sure nua has photo library and camera permission in your device settings. Large videos and photos can take longer on slow connections. If a single upload keeps failing, try a smaller image or a different network.

Why is my feed locked?

nua is post-to-unlock. Your feed opens after you share your first review of the week. This keeps the app a place where everyone contributes, not just lurkers.
