Age Requirement

nua is intended for users aged 17 and older. We do not knowingly allow anyone under 17 to create an account. Accounts found to belong to underage users will be terminated immediately.

Zero Tolerance Policy

Any content that sexually exploits or endangers children is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming behaviour, and any content that sexualises minors. Violating content will be removed immediately, the account permanently banned, and the incident reported to the relevant authorities.

Reporting

Users can report harmful content directly within the app using the report function available on posts, profiles, and messages. Reports related to child safety are treated with the highest priority.

Moderation & Enforcement

We employ content moderation practices to detect, remove, and report prohibited material. When CSAE content is identified, we take the following actions:

• Immediate removal of the content
• Permanent suspension of the offending account
• Preservation of evidence for law enforcement
• Reporting to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and other relevant authorities

Compliance

nua complies with all applicable child safety laws and regulations, including reporting obligations to regional and national authorities. We cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations related to child safety.
